Progressive Design Collaborative (PDC) was formed in 1973
and incorporated in 1975. Our mission is to provide efficient and
coordinated engineering services.

Our staff consists of Professional Engineers, Designers, CAD
Operators, and Administrators. Our designers come from diverse
backgrounds and bring to the firm a broad range of expertise in
varied building types and engineered systems.
Several employees have been with the company from the
beginning, including our president, Hank G. Hoomani, PE, Ph.D.
This continuity has contributed to a reputation of quality and
integrity.

To help ensure a strong future, Dr. Hoomani has implemented
a plan of employee ownership. Most of our staff are now
shareholders of the firm, which fosters commitment and
teamwork. With an experienced and dedicated team, PDC looks
